Consolidation of SSRI's interest in the San Luis Project through the acquisition of Esperanza Resources Corp.'s ("Esperanza") interests in the referred gold and silver mining project for a total amount of approximately US$ 25MM.
The operation entailed the acquisition of 100% of an Esperanza offshore subsidiary's shares, the transfer to Esperanza of a total of 6.459 million shares of Esperanza held by SSRI, a 1% NSR royalty upon the San Luis mining properties and a 1% NSR royalty upon the mining concessions acquired from Esperanza's Peruvian subsidiary, Esperanza Silver Perú S.A.C.
